Journal #11: benefits of collaboration

There are many benefits to collaborating with other artists on a piece! A group of people to create art together will all have their own techniques, styles, ideas, and mediums of production. The variety allows for both diversity within the finished piece (even if the artwork looks highly cohesive, it is still diverse because it's a product of combined ideas/techniques/etc.), and for each artist to learn things from fellow artists. Creating art together is more than designing something nice to look at, it's a learning experience.
