Journal #14: Best work of art

I think my best work (so far) has been the nōtan because I think it's the most visually interesting thing I've made. There are a lot of different aspects to look at, but I think they're cohesive, in some way, that makes every thing look full but not cluttered. The colored version adds a subtle emphasis to the important pieces and shapes and letters, and I prefer it to the B&W version. Overall I don't think that it's amazing, but I think it is the stand out work within my standards and ability. Hopefully I can improve and make some better this semester.
